Who we are
The site is run by Exivon Tech, a sole proprietorship owned by Dhiren Patel, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (“Exivon Tech”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@exivontech.com.
Client work is covered by a separate agreement
This site describes our services. It is not an offer to provide them. Any project, audit, retainer or other engagement is governed by the written proposal, estimate or agreement we both sign for that work. If that document conflicts with these terms, the signed document wins.
Information on the site, including service descriptions, process steps and typical timings, is a general guide. The scope, price and timeline for your work are the ones agreed in writing.
Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes. You must not:
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
- interfere with the site’s operation, for example by introducing malware or overloading it;
- use automated tools to scrape or copy the site in a way that disrupts it;
- send false, misleading or unlawful information through the contact form.
Content and trademarks
The text, design, graphics and code of the site belong to Exivon Tech or are used with permission. You may view the site and share links to it, but you may not copy, republish or sell its content without our written permission.
Third-party names and logos shown on the site, such as WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, Laravel, React, Vue.js, WordPress VIP, PHP, Cloudflare, Akamai, Linode, GitHub, Claude, Codex, OpenAI, Anthropic and other names are trademarks of their respective owners. They show technologies we work with and do not imply that those companies endorse us.
Links to other websites
The site links to other websites, such as profiles on LinkedIn, GitHub and WordPress.org. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or up to date. Content on the site is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Exivon Tech is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Our liability for client work is set out in the signed agreement for that work, not in these terms.

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
