Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data exivontech.com collects, why, and what you can do about it.

Who we are

This website is run by Exivon Tech, a sole proprietorship owned by Dhiren Patel, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (“Exivon Tech”, “we”, “us”).

For anything about this policy or your data, email hello@exivontech.com. Dhiren Patel handles these requests personally and is our contact for privacy questions and grievances.

What we collect

When you contact us

The contact form asks for your name, email address, company or organisation (optional), the service you’re interested in, and a message. When you send it, we receive the details by email and a copy is stored in the website’s database.

We use this information only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to prepare a proposal or start working together.

When you browse the site

  • Server and security logs. Our hosting provider and our security plugin record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. We use this to keep the site secure and working, for example to block attacks.
  • Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. If you don’t accept, Google Analytics does not load. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link on the site.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or rent personal data.

Fonts and images

Fonts and images are served from our own server. Loading the site does not send your data to Google Fonts or other font services.

Why we can use your data (legal bases)

  • To answer your enquiry: because you asked us to, and to take steps before a possible contract.
  • Security and server logs: our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe and available.
  • Analytics: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

For visitors in India, we process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, for the purposes above. For visitors in the UK and European Economic Area, the bases above apply under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

Who else handles your data

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd.): website hosting, content delivery network and email. Contact form entries, emails and server logs are stored on Hostinger systems.
  • Google (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.): Google Analytics, only with your consent, and Google Search Console, which reports how the site appears in Google Search and does not track individual visitors.

We may also share data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

International transfers

Our providers may store or process data outside your country, including outside India, the UK and the EEA. Where required, these providers use recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

  • Contact form entries stored on the website: deleted automatically 12 months after they are received.
  • Emails about an enquiry: kept for as long as needed to deal with it and, if we work together, for as long as the business records the law requires us to keep.
  • Server and security logs: kept for a limited period by our hosting provider and security plugin, then deleted.
  • Analytics data: kept in Google Analytics for 14 months.
  • Audit and project access: access you give us for an audit or project is used only for that work; you can remove it when the work ends, and we don’t keep copies of your site data afterwards.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct or update it;
  • delete it;
  • stop or limit how we use it, or object to it;
  • withdraw consent you’ve given, such as for analytics, at any time;
  • nominate someone to exercise your rights if you can’t, where the law allows.

Email hello@exivontech.com. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live: in India, the Data Protection Board of India; in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office; in the EEA, your local supervisory authority.

Security

We keep the site updated, use HTTPS, limit access to the people who need it, and run security monitoring. No website can be completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we’ll add a notice on the site.
